3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the integrity of our platform.
4. Description of Services
Family-Tracking provides online group services focused on mobile application support and updates, including but not limited to facilitated group sessions, collaborative workflows, structured onboarding processes, and experience-sharing environments. The specific features available to you may depend on your subscription plan or access tier.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, servers, or networks connected to our services.

6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or share through the services. By submitting content, you grant Family-Tracking a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.
6.2 Content Standards
You are solely responsible for the content you contribute. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any applicable law, or contain malicious code or harmful material.
6.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice or liability.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided through our services are the exclusive property of Family-Tracking or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Family-Tracking name, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary designations without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Family-Tracking does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Fees and Payment
10.1 Subscription Plans
Access to certain features may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Family-Tracking or its designated payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
10.2 Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription in advance if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
10.3 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in our refund policy or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided prior to your next billing cycle.
11. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Family-Tracking expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information obtained through the services will be accurate or reliable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Family-Tracking and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the services.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Family-Tracking in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Family-Tracking and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@family-tracking.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for urgent matters.
15. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Family-Tracking with respect to your use of the services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
18. Waiver
Failure by Family-Tracking to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Family-Tracking to be effective.
